Shipping & Return Policy

Return and exchange is only applicable on apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies), defective and damaged products. In order to process an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.
We have a seven (7) day return policy, which means you have seven (7) days after receiving your item to request a return.

The following steps are to be followed when initiating a return through our website:

Please make sure to make an unboxing video whenever an order is delivered to you (it helps in case of any discrepancy like product lost or wrong product received or any such other issue related to product). Refund in such cases is only possible if the unboxing video is made at the time the order is delivered.

The items should be damaged or defective directly out of the order otherwise this return policy is not applicable.

After attaching the video of the damaged/defected products, you will have to initiate the return request through our email:, stating the reason for such return.

After the return has been initiated, our team will respond to you and co-ordinate on where you will have to ship the product, this will finalize the process of refund initiation.

Refunds will only be provided in case of damaged/defected or incase of a sizing issue. 
The customer will have to ship the product on their own to the designated address. However, shipping charges will be borne by us only on products which were damaged/defected directly out of the order. 
Please, aslo note that we do not ship on Sundays or holidays.

Can I cancel my order? What are the refund timelines if I cancel a product?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped from our side. Refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation of your order.

Can I exchange a product? 
In case of exchange, first you will have to initiate a return request at stating your reason, thereafter ascertaining such request, return will be processed within 3-4 days. Subsequently, the refund will be initiated within the next 5-7 business days after the product passes quality check.
However, as we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. You can order the product again from our website for exchange. Shipping costs will not be borne by us.  

Why has my return request been declined?
Your request to return will be denied if, any irrelevant reason for return has been stated. The return is only applicable in case you receive damaged/defective products or in case of a sizing/quality issue with the clothing apparels. Additionally, return is only applicable if the return is requested within a period of seven (7) days from the date the order is delivered to you.

Under what time period can the products be refunded?
A request for a refund can be initiated only within 5-7 days from the date on which the return was processed.

How can I know the status of my refund?
Yes, you will receive AWB number (within 1 - 2 days) once you place an order. You can track your order on our Tracking Page with the help of AWB number. If still you face issue in tracking your orders, feel free to email us at dizona
Does Dizon Art pick up the product I want to return from my location?
No, we do not pick products for return. You will have to ship the product to our designated address and bear the shipping cost in case of a sizing issue.

Why is there a delay in my delivery? 
We try our best to deliver your products to you within the estimated time of delivery. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at and we will try our best to resolve our issues. On some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will duly inform you in case of any such delays.  

Do you deliver products all over India? 
Yes, we are currently shipping all over India.

What are the Shipping Charges? 
Shipping charges may vary depending on your location. For orders above INR 495, shipping is free. However, for orders amounting to or below INR 495, shipping charges of INR 50 - INR 100 is applicable per order.

I have only received partial order. What should I do? 
If you have placed  an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. On some oc
assion, there might some unavoidable delays beyond the estimated delivery time. However, we will keep you duly informed in case of any delays.
